We offer simple, hourly rates for most of our services.

We offer simple, hourly rates for our services.
  • When you call our offices, our Northfield Handyman Service Specialist will discuss our standard hourly rates and pricing schedule for the services we provide.
     

  • There is a minimum charge of one hour per job. Any time incurred over the minimum will be billed in 30-minute increments, which will be rounded up to the nearest half hour.
     

  • We encourage our customers to schedule a half or full day’s work so we can efficiently tackle as many projects as possible.
     

  • Estimates are provided as part of the first appointment, so have your list ready so we can get started quickly!
     

  • All materials, special equipment, and rental equipment required to perform the requested work will be billed as a separate line item, along with the time associated with the pick-up/delivery of these items.
     

  • Payment is required on completion of each day’s work. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You may also pay by check. No cash or other credit cards accepted.

  Miscellaneous Information:

  • Gutter cleaning is a two-hour minimum.

  • Disposal fee/dump fee of $395 per half dump truck and $695 per full truck (subject to change).

  • Material markup will be added to the actual cost of the purchased items plus sales tax.

  • Minimum hardware charge is $10.

  • Lockout fee of $50 if the technician is unable to access job site on scheduled work date.
